I’m Sarah from flinzelblinzel — a family photographer based in Saalfeld. My work focuses on capturing real life: not posed portraits, but the small, unguarded moments that later become your most precious family heirlooms. As a mother I know how quickly time passes, and that sense of fleetingness motivates me: I want you to look back at images that bring feelings to life — crumbs under the highchair, a crooked kiss, the tired smile after a long day. My approach is documentary and needs-oriented. Before any session we have a conversation so we can build trust. On the day I act as a quiet companion rather than a director: I observe, stay in the background and photograph while you simply live. Whether it’s cuddles at home, cooking together or an afternoon at the playground — you decide what matters. The result is natural, timeless family photographs that tell your story. How I work: I prioritize a relaxed atmosphere, honest encounters and careful image selection. After the shoot I securely edit and prepare your favorite images with attention to detail and provide them in a password-protected online gallery so you can choose and share at your pace. In addition to documentary family sessions, I also offer complementary children, maternity and newborn photography, as well as kindergarten (Kita) shoots — always with the same heartfelt, playful and respectful approach.
