Hello! I'm Nele from Westcoast Fotografie — a photographer with heart, an eye for detail, and a deep passion for telling family stories through natural imagery. My work focuses on authentic, unposed moments: the sleepy smile after a long day, a small hand in yours, an unplanned kiss on the beach. These little moments are priceless for parents, and I photograph them with calm, sensitivity, and a careful eye for light and composition. As a family photographer based in Itzehoe, I prefer to work in familiar surroundings: outdoors by the coast, in your home, or at favorite local spots. My approach is quiet and unobtrusive — I’m the steady presence behind the camera who captures you being yourselves. The result are family photos that feel true, not staged. My core offerings focus on families: newborn and baby photography, children and family portraits, and coverage of intimate family occasions. I handle newborn sessions with particular care — your baby's safety and comfort always come first. Baptisms, first communions or small family celebrations are photographed respectfully and delicately as part of my broader family photography services. How I work: for larger sessions we start with a short consultation to plan location, style and timing. On the day of the shoot I create a relaxed atmosphere so even shy children feel comfortable.
