Fotostudio Wachs is a Dresden‑based studio dedicated to family photography that preserves real connections and everyday moments in timeless images. Our team of four photographers combines technical skill with a warm, patient approach — the perfect mix to calm shy children and support new parents in front of the camera. We prioritise authenticity: instead of staged poses, we look for the looks, hugs and small gestures that tell your family’s story. What sets us apart is our blend of professional craft and familial sensitivity. In our cosy studio we offer two spacious shooting rooms and a dressing area with curated outfits for mothers and babies, enabling us to design personalised sets that reflect your style — classic, natural or playful. We also offer mobile sessions: for newborns we can photograph in hospital settings (e.g. Uniklinik, St. Joseph‑Stift) or on location outdoors when you prefer. Our process is intentionally personal and relaxed: we start with a conversation to understand your wishes. During the session we work without rush and adapt to your children’s rhythm. Afterwards you receive a password‑protected online gallery for selecting favourites from home. We’re happy to advise on prints, photobooks or wall art to give your memories a lasting place in your home.
