Welcome — I’m Silke, the mobile photographer behind Momente Görlitz. Since 2007 I’ve been capturing natural, personal family moments across Görlitz and the surrounding area. My focus is on homestorys, family portraits and newborn photography. As a mother myself, I value real memories over staged images and work to create photos that reflect your family’s personality. My approach is mobile and flexible: I bring lights, backgrounds and props to your home or we meet at a favourite outdoor location. That calm, familiar environment is perfect for photographing babies and children as they really are. For older children I also offer longer reportage-style sessions (2–3 hours) to document play, cuddles, baking or everyday moments — honest photos straight from life. Why work with me? Years of experience combined with a gentle, patient manner. I create a relaxed atmosphere, give clear yet unobtrusive direction, and make sure even camera-shy family members feel at ease. Pets are welcome and often become treasured parts of the family images. How I work: we plan the session and discuss clothing (harmonising tones, comfortable outfits, avoid large prints). During the shoot I photograph a variety of scenes, often with outfit changes; afterwards I make a careful selection and retouch the chosen images. You can then pick your favourites conveniently via my online shop. My aim is simple: photos that make you smile and remember who you are as a family. Whether you need newborn photos in the first days, a cosy homestory, or lively children’s pictures for a baptism, communion or birthday — I’ll come to you in Görlitz with heart, experience and my mobile studio.
