Hello, I’m Svetlana from Lavafoto — your family photographer in Bautzen. My work focuses on preserving the small and large moments of family life in a natural, timeless way. Whether it’s children playing freely in the park, intimate newborn sessions in the studio, or family portraits on the streets of Bautzen, I aim to capture authentic, unforced moments rather than staged poses. My approach is attentive, calm and empathetic. With a deep passion for photography, I design sessions so that parents and children feel comfortable: relaxed, unhurried and open to spontaneity. In the studio I provide a selection of clothing and props and create a cozy setting, which is especially important for photographing babies and newborns. I also love outdoor sessions — natural surroundings often produce the most lively and emotional family photos. The process is personal and clear: we talk about your wishes beforehand, I take the time needed during the session, and afterwards you receive a password-protected online gallery to choose your favorites. Each image is individually retouched — I avoid preset filters so every photo becomes unique.
