As a family photographer based in Saarbrücken, I combine technical skill with a warm, relaxed approach. I'm Stefan Bernarding — a master in digital and print media, photographer since my teens and a father. That background shapes how I work: I take my time, approach children and families with patience and playfulness, and focus on capturing genuine moments rather than forced poses. My family photography emphasizes authenticity. From newborn and baby sessions to maternity, children’s portraits, baptisms, communions and birthday shoots, I seek the little gestures, real looks and spontaneous laughter that make your family unique. In the studio I offer a variety of backdrops and thoughtful props; outdoors I prefer familiar, comfortable locations where children can be themselves. The process is intentionally calm: we discuss your wishes before the shoot, during the session I guide, comfort and encourage, while leaving room for spontaneity. As a father and experienced children’s photographer I bring empathy, patience and a good dose of humor — essential when working with little ones.
