I’m Mara from Out and About Fotografie — your family photographer based in Beckingen, Saarland. My work focuses on natural, unposed moments: genuine closeness, small gestures and the atmosphere of everyday life. With a background in interior design and visual storytelling, I pay special attention to light, composition and a calm visual language that presents your family in a timeless, emotional way. My approach is relaxed and warm. Family sessions are less about stiff poses and more about quality time: shared activities, playful moments with the kids or a relaxed walk often create the most honest images. I also offer gentle couple shoots — ideal as a get-to-know-you session before your wedding or simply as a special moment for just the two of you. For maternity (baby-bump) sessions I provide a calm, sensitive accompaniment that captures this special time beautifully. The process is personal and straightforward: before the shoot we discuss your wishes in a non-binding meeting, choose the right location together — nature, a favorite spot or your home — and create a relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourselves. After the session I edit the images in my clear, timeless style and deliver them in a password-protected online gallery.
