I’m Ekaterina from EB Photography — a family photographer based in Germersheim with a heartfelt focus on authentic, emotional moments. My photography journey began during parental leave: unhappy with our own newborn session, I taught myself to create the images I wanted to keep. That desire to capture true memories rather than staged portraits is the reason I photograph families today. Why choose me? Because I treat family photography as a relationship. My style blends documentary sensitivity with light direction: I gently guide while leaving room for spontaneous moments. With newborns, safety and calm are my top priorities. I work with patience, follow the baby’s rhythm, and ensure everyone feels at ease. For babies and young children I also offer sweet portraits, cakesmash and milk-bath sessions — always with their comfort and joy in mind. How we work together: we start with a conversation about your wishes and the best timing for the shoot. On the day I provide gentle prompts, relaxed conversation and small play ideas to create natural interactions. After the session I carefully select and softly edit the images to preserve the atmosphere and authenticity. My goal is to create family photos that still convey the warmth of the moment for generations.
