Photographing people is my passion — and families hold a special place in my work. As a family photographer based in Herdecke I help couples, parents and children capture everyday moments and meaningful connections. Whether newborn and baby photos, children’s portraits or relaxed family sessions, my approach is patient, natural and focused on real emotions. I aim to deliver more than technically sound photos — I create a calm, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. Clients appreciate my gentle, encouraging manner and my ability to capture authentic images even when little ones are restless. How I work: Before the shoot we discuss your wishes — studio, at-home or outdoor session. If desired, I can set up a compact studio space in your home; familiar surroundings often lead to more relaxed pictures. During the session I guide you with small prompts, keep the mood light and make sure the experience is enjoyable. Technically I use reliable, professional gear (Canon EOS / EOS R and fast prime lenses) and bring critical equipment in duplicate to avoid any failures. What you receive: After the shoot you’ll get all images via download link within a few days; I edit selected images and often create refined black-and-white versions with subtle film grain and vignetting for added atmosphere. My goal is to deliver images that still move you years from now. Location & region: I work mainly in Herdecke and across the Ruhr area (Dortmund, Hagen and surroundings).
