“Hi, I’m Franzi.” As a family photographer based in Halle/Saale, I combine years of experience with a warm, down-to-earth approach — for more than 13 years I’ve been accompanying families through their important life stages. I love to capture genuine, moving moments: the everyday tenderness, children's curious expressions, intimate parent glances and the first days with a newborn. Why families choose me: I photograph in a relaxed, friendly way and work on a first-name basis to create a comfortable atmosphere. As a mother myself, I know patience and playfulness are essential when working with children. I use storytelling, games and humour to help children relax so natural, unposed moments can appear. My style is natural and documentary-influenced: most sessions take place outdoors — on meadows, playgrounds, parks or your favourite local spots around Halle. This allows for spontaneous laughter, exploration and movement. For bad weather or studio-style portraits I use my small studio in the MMZ in Halle. I also choose barrier-free, accessible locations when needed so grandparents or guests with mobility needs feel comfortable. I photograph families across many occasions: maternity and baby-bump sessions, newborn and baby photography, children’s portraits, as well as family moments around baptisms, communions and birthday celebrations. My aim is to tell your story, not just deliver isolated images. The process is personal and clear: we discuss your wishes, pick suitable locations and create a relaxed session where authenticity can unfold. Afterwards you receive your images via a password-protected online gallery.
