I’m Eileen from rosa&mint Fotografie — trained photographer, dog mum and working with a camera since 2013. As a family photographer based in Dortmund, my goal is to create authentic, warm images that bring you back to a feeling, not just a pose. My approach is relaxed and personal: whether it’s a homestory reportage, a cozy session at your home, a walk in the park or a studio shoot — I look for the small, honest moments. Children’s photography for me means working playfully and respectfully: I don’t force poses, I accompany you with patience, an open eye and a gentle sense of humor so even shy kids feel comfortable. I combine a documentary eye with gentle direction. I document real interactions, laughter and touch while offering small prompts for natural poses — free of stiffness. For baby and newborn sessions I bring calm, experience and a small wardrobe to help you feel comfortable and keep the baby safe and cozy. You’ll be well taken care of from start to finish: we’ll talk about location (studio, outdoor or at home), clothing and technical needs in advance. After the shoot you’ll receive your images via an online gallery — ideal for sharing, ordering prints or designing a personal photo book. Alongside family work I’m also active as a wedding photographer in Dortmund, and the reportage experience I’ve gained there helps me read situations quickly and capture decisive moments — a real asset for family events like baptisms, communions or birthday parties.
