I'm Patricia — a family photographer based in Schneverdingen, driven by a simple belief: real connections are worth preserving. With my background as an educator and as a mother, I approach family and newborn photography with mindfulness and a documentary eye. My work isn't about staging perfection; it's about capturing the honest, everyday moments that become the most treasured memories. Why choose me? I photograph families unposed, either in the comfort of your home or among the gentle landscapes of the Lüneburg Heath, so your images truly reflect who you are. My aim is that years from now you won’t just see faces in the photos, but feel the atmosphere of that time. How I work: We start with a friendly email or phone call to get to know each other. I arrive relaxed, take time to settle in, and then simply document what unfolds. I remain an observer — gentle, attentive and respectful — so the images grow naturally, like a visual diary of your life. For newborn and postpartum (Wochenbett) sessions I prioritize calm and sensitivity: no posed setups, no pressure — only authentic closeness. What I photograph: family life, homestories, children and newborns (Wochenbett/Newborn). These are core to my practice; I also offer maternity (babybauch) sessions as a complementary service. I work as a wedding photographer in Schneverdingen as well, and the same documentary, heartfelt approach runs through all my work. My photographs are meant to hold feeling, not just moments.
