As a family photographer based near Nordenham, my aim is to make the small, fleeting moments of your everyday life visible. I’m Katya — a mother myself — and I work with a calm, empathetic approach that captures the lived-in, loving moments between diaper changes, cookie breaks and cuddles. I don’t pursue staged perfection; I seek real connection: hands, glances and the beautiful chaos that family life brings. My photographic style is intentionally unobtrusive and timeless. I create space for arrival, letting go and genuine togetherness — whether at a maternity session, a newborn shoot or a relaxed family session with little ones. With patience, gentle guidance and a watchful eye, I preserve the moments you’ll later remember with warmth: "That’s exactly how it felt." The process is relaxed and tailored to you: we talk about your wishes beforehand and find the best timing (especially important with babies and toddlers). During the session I allow time for settling in and pauses, give subtle direction instead of rigid posing, and capture the honest moments that become treasured memories. Families choose me because I photograph people, not poses. My images show parents and children just as they are — loving, lively and real. I adore the tiny details: little hands, sleepy yawns, tousled hair and those intimate looks between caregivers and children.
