As a family photographer in Neustadt am Rübenberge, I’m Janina from Keeping Moments Photography, and my goal is to tell your family’s story through authentic images. My work is driven by closeness, patience and an eye for small gestures: children’s laughter, tender looks between parents, a baby’s curious expression. These moments are fleeting — I freeze them so you can relive them for years to come. My approach is natural and relaxed. The best photos happen when everyone feels comfortable and no forced poses are required. You don’t need to be a model to look beautiful in pictures — being yourselves is what matters. Before the session we’ll talk through your wishes: favorite locations (whether by the Steinhuder Meer, in the countryside around Neustadt, or somewhere special to you), timing (golden hour is my preferred light) and meaningful moments you want captured. I give practical advice on preparation and outfits to ensure cohesive results. I’m experienced with newborns, babies and children and plan the session with the little ones’ rhythms in mind — breaks for feeding or calming are part of the process. Alongside classic family portraits I create documentary, emotional images that reflect everyday life and special occasions: newborn sessions, baby photos, children’s portraits and family celebrations. After the shoot your images are uploaded to a secure online gallery for calm selection; I then professionally edit your chosen photos. As a trained photographer and passionate storyteller, I bring calm, empathy and creativity to every session. I also work as a wedding photographer in Neustadt am Rübenberge, and that reportage experience informs my family photography with a focus on genuine moments.
