“One sees clearly only with the heart” — this quote guides my work as a family and children photographer. I’m Nicole Billaudelle and I love capturing those small, genuine moments that make family stories: a spontaneous laugh, a tender gesture between parent and child, or the joyful play of little ones. Those moments interest me more than posed perfection. Why choose me: I work with a sensitive eye for atmosphere and connection. As a mother and experienced photographer I know the balance of calm and play that children need to show their true selves. My images tell of lightness, closeness and the small chaos of everyday life — exactly as you are. My approach is personal and relaxed: before the shoot we discuss location, colours and mood so everything fits your story. During the session I create a loose atmosphere; I give gentle prompts, encourage play or simply watch for the moments when you forget the camera. Technique and editing are my craft, but the human moments are just as important. That’s why I regularly invest in trainings and workshops to ensure my images are emotionally strong and technically sound. I mainly photograph in the Hannover region and spend summers in the Grömitz/Schleswig-Holstein area. Whether in nature, by the water or at a familiar place — I’ll find the right setting for your family story. My motivation is to create keepsakes you’ll cherish. From personal experience I know how precious photos are — anchors for feelings and fleeting times.
