As a wedding photographer based in Gießen with nearly two decades of experience, I bring the same sensitivity and storytelling approach to family photography. I specialise in capturing natural, authentic family moments — from newborn and baby portraits to children’s photos, baptisms, communions and birthday celebrations. My aim is to create images that feel honest and timeless, photographs you'll treasure for years. My working style is calm and unobtrusive. I prefer outdoor locations where children can play freely and genuine moments occur, but I also offer studio sessions when a quieter, controlled setting is desired. Before the shoot we take the time to get to know each other — either in the cozy studio, by phone, or on location — so the session is tailored to your family’s needs and everybody feels comfortable. Visually I focus on natural colours, thoughtful composition and restrained retouching to preserve the character of each moment. After the session you receive your edited images in a password-protected online gallery for easy viewing and sharing. I edit each chosen photo carefully, offering versions in colour and black & white. Combining my wedding photography background with family work gives me a keen eye for fleeting emotions and eventful moments while keeping the relaxed pace children need.
