Hello, I’m Nieke — a photographer based in Rissen with a deep passion for family and children’s photography. Trained at the Blue Studios in Hannover (2002), I chose to focus my work on photographing people. In Hamburg I love capturing genuine family moments: a child’s laughter, a tender parental glance, and the small, fleeting details that tell your family’s story. My approach is calm, empathetic and patient. Working with children means creating a relaxed atmosphere: I prefer to accompany and play rather than to direct, stepping in with gentle guidance when needed. This way I capture natural, unposed family photos that look and feel authentic. Whether outdoors around Rissen, at a favorite local spot, or in your home, I photograph where you feel most comfortable. Before every session we have a personal conversation. We discuss your wishes, choose locations and plan the session so children aren’t overwhelmed.
