I’m René Cerny — a wedding photographer based in Augsburg and Munich. Wedding reportage is my primary passion: for years I’ve been telling couples’ stories through natural, emotive imagery. In addition to weddings I occasionally photograph families, engagements and birthday celebrations — always as a complementary service to my wedding work. Why choose me? My approach is rooted in capturing genuine moments: whether during preparations, a first look or a relaxed family outing, I work unobtrusively and focus on the details that make your story unique. I bring that same calm, human approach to family photography: short, stress-free sessions, playful prompts for children and authentic interactions instead of stiff poses. The result are images that bring back real smiles and memories. How I work: We start with a personal meeting — over coffee or by phone — to plan location, timing and how best to include children or older relatives. On the day I create a relaxed atmosphere with minimal instructions and plenty of space for natural moments. Afterwards I carefully edit the images and deliver the selected photos in high quality. What to expect: Authentic family portraits, relaxed engagement pictures and lively birthday impressions — always with the same emotional eye I apply to wedding reportages.
