As a family photographer based in Freiburg, I focus on capturing natural, unforced images that reflect the real relationships within your family. At Fotostudio Milena I combine traditional photographic craft with a mobile studio setup so we can shoot where you feel most comfortable — at home, outdoors or at a favorite local spot. My approach emphasizes sensitive direction, deliberate lighting and a minimal-retouch philosophy: I prefer authentic moments over heavy post-processing. That way I create timeless family portraits, newborn and baby photos, children’s portraits as well as images of baptisms, communions and birthday celebrations that you will cherish for years. The process is relaxed and personal: we discuss your wishes beforehand, pick locations and moods that suit your family, and during the session I guide gently while leaving room for spontaneous interaction — crucial when photographing children. I can also coordinate with my experienced make-up artist on request to ensure everyone feels confident in front of the camera. Respect and discretion are central to my work. Whether it’s intimate newborn portraits at home, lively children’s sessions or classic family images, I take the time to make the shoot an enjoyable experience rather than just a task.
