As a family photographer based in Bad Rappenau, my work centers on people and their stories. I’m Daria Kurchenko — a mother who photographs with empathy and attention — and my goal is to create family images that feel as meaningful as they look. Family photography for me is about careful planning, a relaxed atmosphere and professional post-processing that turns moments into lasting memories. What sets my approach apart is a blend of sensitivity for authentic moments and a calm, reassuring presence. Whether it’s a homestory at home, an outdoor session in your favorite park or studio portraits, I design the shoot so children and babies feel comfortable and natural connections emerge. Being a parent myself helps me anticipate small rituals and big emotions and to capture them in an honest way. My process is personal and clear: we discuss your wishes up front, choose locations and outfits together and I prepare you for the shoot. During the session I create a relaxed mood, give gentle guidance and leave space for spontaneous interactions. In postproduction I carefully select and refine images — including color correction and delicate retouching for a cohesive look. In addition to family portraits, I photograph newborns, maternity sessions, children, baptisms, communions and birthday moments. These services complement my core family work: I document closeness and real emotion without forcing staged poses. I also accept wedding enquiries on request, while my primary expertise remains family photography and thoughtful project support.
